Charlotte Creek Great Danes
All potential buyers must have a fenced in yard!
Quality has little to do with pricing. Paying alot doesn't mean you will get a good puppy,
BUT, paying too little usually indicates problems to come. A price too good to be true-
usually is! Pet-Quality Great Danes from reputable breeders generally start at around $500
and can go as much as $1500, with show quality pups starting at $1500.00 going in excess
of $4000 depending on pedigree, color, and quality. There are 6 acceptable AKC Colors
in danes, and the best way to get a pet, is to purchase a puppy from a nicely bred litter, that
just happens to not be one of these colors. You are getting good quality, and a fair price.
Great Danes in Pet stores start at $1000, and they are not bred from reputable breeders!
You run the risk of buying a puppy who's parents havent had health checks, are bred
continuously in puppy mills, and its a good bet these pups arent pet quality just because of
their color. Pet stores and shady breeders make rescue a problem- dont support them!! If
you dont want to pay the price a reputable breeder is asking, please consider rescue.....

Before you Consider the Great Dane....... What you should Know!
|
All "Pet" Puppies are sold with Limited Registrations and spay/neuter agreements- No
exceptions!!!
"Pet" Puppies are not intended for breeding - thats why they are "pets"
All Potential puppy homes must be approved - please tell me about yourself - dont just email
asking us asking the price! No good breeder wants to talk money to a stranger, as they are
more concerned with the quality of the home it will go to.
Great Danes NEED human companionship- They do not do well in kennel situations or where they spend most of their time outside. They have short coats and cannot survive in the cold. A great dane is happiest when it is never left alone more than a few hours.
